re-joining F@H, how?

i was part of F@H about a year ago, reformatted and would like to continue on my stats from before. How can i do that? after installing the newest F@H
 
Your user name should still be with the folding at home site. go there and type in the username you used a year ago in the search and verify that it is you. When you set up your client use that name as user and 198 for the team.
 
If you are going to be folding with the Quad in your sig, I would suggest the SMP client. It can be a little buggy at times, but it puts out some decent points per day and really works well with Quads.
 
yea i've been doing that since last night, i finished a WU in less than 1 day. but i checked online and it says i haven't done any WU's since jan of 2007... when does it normally update?
