Adelphia doesn't seem to care, although if they're asked for customer info by the RIAA or MPAA they'll fold like a pair of fours. Then again I stick to legit downloads so it's not a problem, and over the past few months I've only racked up about 20GB or so of downloads.

I get throttled on BT uploading most times it seems... but there are random instances I can get around it.

Just got our cap upped to 100 GB/month.
