Re-downloading mail into Outlook

Hope someone can help with this. As you know, once you download mail from a server to Outlook, it doesn't download it again. Well, I need to. I have to download hundreds of emails from a server into outlook but the client won't do it.

Does anyone know a way to either erase the list of previously downloaded emails, or force Outlook to do it again?

I'm using Outlook 2010 with a POP3 server.

TIA.

Done.

Another question: is it possible to extract all of the contact info from all the people in the inbox letters? I have to rebuild the contact list. Normally that's added when you reply to a person. i can't do a mass reply, obviously.

For that you need to EXPORT your Contacts/Address Book. You should also be able to adjust your settings to leave mail on the POP3 server for a specified time even after downloading. I* have Outlook, but never use it - it is, IMHO, a PITA. 🙂

All of these plus other things are why I continue to use Eudora Pro - you can't beat it for mail management.
