Stardock now uses the GameStop App program instead of Impulse. My game is downloading at a blazing 2.3MB/s.

Actually you can also download the game directly from stardock if you prefer (all the the games I owned on the old impulse that were 'stardock games' became available via direct download from stardock a while ago (maybe 1 year after gamespot purchase impulse).
