All of that nice equipment and yet you skimp on the psu. :( While Apevia isn't bottom of the barrel, you're asking for trouble if you use it. The voltage regulation leaves a lot to be desired, the maximum amp ratings are impractical, lousy efficiency, and the warranty is only 1yr. thru Newegg. I'd take an Antec EarthWatts 430 for $35 AR over anything Apevia/Aspire, especially since it appears that you've only budgeted $35 for a psu. Not only will the EarthWatts do your rig some justice, you'll step up to 80%+ efficiency, excellent Seasonic build quality, quiet 80mm fan, and a 3 yr. warranty.

Ok I looked at the corsair 450VX, It's a pretty nice PSU and it's very dependable, quiet, and has good amps. I think I'll get it. Thank you for your input John and chuckm.

The CM Real Power Pro 550 is a quality psu (80+ eff, 5 yr. warr, good voltage reg., low ripple, somewhat quiet), and for $50 AR it's a good deal. However it's a triple +12V rail with only 36A combined vs. a single 33A +12V on the VX450.
