HAVING LOG-IN PROBLEMS
I am writing this for my brother whom is on att internet service.
His anandtech user name is: in2speed
He was able to login a while back... but now he can't login
he gets the following error message:
Your login credentials were invalid.
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, contact the forum administrator, or try logging in again.
He wrote emails to moderator@anandtech.com several times ... but no response?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED
---
Your brother is not banned. His email adderess is @attbi.com, which is where many Excite customers ended up. If he changed his email address, the system assigned him a new random password. Many members have had this problem during the change over.
If that is the problem, of if he forgot his password, he can go to the login window, and click "Forget your login information?" His password will be sent to his registered email address.
Sorry about the lack of response to emails. We have been flooded since 9/11, and Excite's collapse just multiplied the problem.
Let us know if he has further problems.
