RE-booting problem

Just built a computer for a mate
Motherboard Asus A7N266-VM ?PSU 350W but I am having problems with it? the computer keeps re-booting do you think it could be a duff PSU or have you any other suggestions.

1st thing I always think of is the PS. Can you pull the power to a few items and see if that helps. Otherwise borrow a known good PS and see if that solves the problem.

I agree that it is most likely the PSU, but it could also be a heat issue. What are your case and cpu temps?
