Re-applying a GTX 280 HSF (stock, reference cooler). Thermal pad replacements?

A couple years ago I traded out my GTX 280 with my nephew during a visit because his was absolutely filthy after having something spilled through the top of his PC. It still seemed to work and all, but we didn't have time to clean it out and put it back in before leaving to my home several states away. I haven't used it ever since and I finally got around to taking a look. Well, it's so bad that I just needed to throw away all the old thick white thermal pads from the top of each memory chip (they can't be salvaged).

Where can I get replacements? Will it be the right thickness? Material?

Get them here. IIRC thermal pads are compressible and you could do a rough assumption on its thickness by measuring the original thermal pad. Measure its sides where it should be thickest instead of the center which has been compressed from the contact.
