No clue. My staples was deserted last year. I showed up and there was myabe 30 people in line at 5:45am. That being said I had no problems getting 3 chairs.

As a staples employee, I have worked the last 2 black fridays, we should have plently of the chairs. You could always buy the item ahead of time, and then come back, sometime after 6 am obviously to PM, you didnt hear that from me though Hell you could buy it tomrorow and still be within the PM range if the stores have them in yet. I will be on vacation for the OSU/Michigan game and will get to miss it this year

I haven't done Black Friday in a couple of years. Obviously, people stand in line at 5am or earlier to make sure they get the best deals when the stores open at 6am. So how can you do more than 1 store? Maybe 2, if another store opens at 8am? Can you still get deals several hours after a store opens?

I can only thank the gods above that I'm not going back to work at the CC warehouse until december. Good lord, Black Friday is like the Battle of the Bulge to CC warehouse guys. The veterans all talk about it in hushed tones. Except it happens once every year.
I dunno, the day after christmas might be bad, esp. with all the returns we will be getting cause its part of our job to carry the larger items in for customers, pack them up and whatnot.

No BF shopping for me this year I just found out I have to open and be there at 5:30am :thumbsdown:

Buy early... do a return repurchase. Shouldn't be a problem.

Just politely say to the manager now - "you usually have chairs on sale on the friday after thanksgiving [don't refer to it as black friday - that indicates at least minimal saviness] Should I buy this chair today, or should I wait until I see if you or any other stores have good deals on chairs on that day?"

ive never gone shopping on black friday, most likly never will
i typically get up around noon on that day, and then watch TV nd eat leftovers
also its a 45 min drive to the closes staples/BB/CC/Mall .... so its just not worth it at all
