RDRAM PC800 VS. RDRAM PC1066

Right now i have a P3T on a mobo that takes RDRAM PC800...if i upgrade to a P4 RDRAM mobo can i use my PC800 or do i need to buy new ram? and if can use it will i be about to overclock as good as if i was useing PC1066? i have 256MB of Samsung PC800 Rambus - 40n
and whats the diff with 16bit and 32bit...is 32bit better?

1. Yes, you can use PC800 RDRAM in most of the newer P4 RDRAM solutions.
2. Overclocking PC800 to PC1066 may or may not work.
3. 16bit RDRAM must be installed in pairs of the exact same make and model. 32bit RDRAM only works in the Asus P4T533 (not the P4T533-C) at this time and it is not significantly faster or more reliable, it's just more convenient for those who can't afford two 16bit RIMMs. Both operate with a maximum of 4.2Gbps at PC1066 ratings.
