I work at a University and one of our computers uses this stuff and I have no option, but to support the thing. Anyway, I need to buy another 128 module for it, it's a Dell Optiplex GX200. I was looking on Dell's site and they want $480 for an 256MB 800 MHz ECC RIMM. On Mwave's site, they have what looks like the same thing for $209. Is there anything I need to watch out for when ordering this stuff, such as pin count or other compatibility issues? I've had no experience with this RAM and would like some guidance.

Thanks,
EP

Dell's support site said this thing should take 700 or 800 MHz RIMMs.

get PC800 RDRAM only!
be aware that some motherboards require you to use 2 pieces of rambus instead of a single piece. is it an 820 chipset?

Thanks for the help. There is currently only one stick in the machine and is working with the connector card in the second slot.

Thanks again... I'll go ahead and order the mwave stuff.
