DRAMeXchange this week reported the results of worldwide DRAM memory shipments in November 2002. Global output of DRAM 128Mb equivalent chips rose 4.92% in November compared to the previous month what was conditioned by strong demand on personal computers in the first half of November. The growth of the market is not as substantial as in October (8%, see this news-story for more details). The shares of different types of memory available on the market clearly represent the general trend of the transition to DDR SDRAM.
