rdram + ctx-pr960f question

A guy has offered me £220 to buy his unopened samsung 512MB(256x2) 16bit rdram as this I think only works for the GA-8IHXP motherboard, anyways, do you think this is a good offer and I should take it?

Also, can any one with the above monitor (CTX-PR960F) or had experience with it, tell me what it is/was like for them?
