RDRAM 700 vs 800? Difference?

RIght now I have 256 mb of RDRAM 800. If I upgrade to 2 more sticks of 128 RDRAM 700, is it worth the upgrade, or is there any difference?, or should I get two sticks 128 of RDRAM 800?
 
Clock speed. Buy PC800 RDRAM. Don't buy PC700 RDRAM, as it will drag down the whole memory bus with it. PC700 performance is pretty poor in comparison with PC800.
