He is able to RDP without the VPN
I have tired both a L2TP & PPTP VPN to no avail

Description of problem
The issue is with one of my clients not being able to use rdp over the VPN. However this issue only happens from his home, I have taken his laptop to my house and i am able to rdp and use the DNS to access locations. I haven't fiscally driven out to his home to check it out yet I am just looking for things to try. It's something causing the issue from his home location. Any Idea's

Yeah that's what I have been thinking... But all this worked before we moved to the new server. He says he hasn't changed anything on his end, Guess I will have to go out there and see what's going on

When you were testing it from your house, were you doing it using his username and password? In other words, does his user have rights to RDP whatever machine he is trying to remote?

Yes he has rdp rights, I created a test user with every right he had and used that for my test from home. I know he can RDP because he is able to here in the office. No one else has the issue so its something with his connection my guess is its his router

I know its a security risk, but why don't you have him try to hook up directly to his ISP modem so he grabs a public IP and see if he can RDP over VPN then? I think that will tell you for sure if its a router issue.
