RD vs. WinVNC

I've been using WinVNC just because it's nice being to use the client via java, but RD seems to be faster and look better too, so I was wondering which is actually better is terms of functionality?
 
I think UltraVNC has more features (easy file transfers, C-A-D, etc.), but RD seems to be smoother on the same connection.

However, the smoothness of UltraVNC was greatly improved with the mirror driver. Performance wise, they are about the same I'd say, so go with the one with the features you need most.
