i plan on picking up a fm modulator to use with my ipaq in my car...i've heard cd changers that use them, and they don't sound half bad...
 
RCA is so far superior. FM Modulation is crappy. You have to position the transmitter just right, and worry about finding a station without interference. It's also rough for long trips too, b/c you'll have to constantly change the station it's transmitting on as the local radio stations change.
