Probably not as hot as the samsung one from amazon(lowered to 69.9 i think), but i think this one plays realaudio(if you use it) and comes with 64mb. It even includes a compact flash reader.

sweet deal on a compact flash mp3 player. It comes with 64megs too...id say thats worth like 30 bucks for just the card.

Good deal. Might want to research the player though - I thought I remember that the original Lyra used some sort of encryption that prevented you from copying MP3's straight to a CF card to play on it...

Ah yes - ripped out of a usenet post somewhere:

"Personally, I'd avoid the Lyra! It looks great, but you *have* to use the
included Real Jukebox program to transfer files to the CompactFlash card -
via the parallel port connection. Not only is this incredibly slow, but it
actually uses a proprietary encryption process as it copies. Yes, the Lyra
can't play straight MP3s - only 'mpx' files that use their encryption
algorithm. This sucks."

Don't get me wrong - a 64-meg MP3 player for this price is very good, and I think it'll play WMA and realaudio files without jumping through the hoops - it's just MP3 files that it's grumpy about...

I had this player before, the only thing I didn't like about it was the load time. It took too long to search through songs (like a 3 second delay between songs.
