RCA Kazoo MP3 player... AYUDA!

My friend just called me up saying that she just got this RCA Kazoo 32MB MP3 Player (crap), and she followed all the instruction.... installed USB drivers, installed the transfer program, and when she ran the program, it is supposed to list her MP3 player.... but it doesn't. She rebooted several times, so it isn't that.... any ideas?
