I am posting this deal due to my frustration with the @home/ATT migration. I have spent literally tens of hours and spoke with a dozen people including dispatched technicians that had no idea on how to resolve my problem. It is this level of incompetence that will drive me away from ATT when given an option. In the mean time, I will have to suffer with their lack of consideration for the customer. My way of getting back is to stop paying them 10 bucks a month for an Att approved modem that does not work namely DMC205. I have not been able to get this new modem to work either but that might well be more ATT incompetence since the cable light comes on with the new modem unlike the DCM205.
