Got a refurb one of these from buy.com a few months ago for $24.99 (44.99 - 20 coupon). Definitely worthwhile as a second VCR, even at $49.99.

One thing, it does have nice front inputs, easy programming, commercial skip, auto time update and 4 heads, but it's not stereo...

Yeah yeah yeah! I just got a new sound system formy living room and loand behold, only one audio output on my stinkin' VCR! Are y'all sure this has left and right audio output? There's no model to cross reference.

Well, it's sold out, so for those who didn't get in, it doesn't make a difference, but for those that did, I can tell you that assuming they are the VR623HF that buy.com lists, it does have stereo audio (rear outputs) and a front panel clock, but as far as I know, no commercial advance. K-Mart still has em for $119.99, so this was a pretty good deal.

BTW, the one K-Mart has on display was mfg'd by Samsung (Indonesia). I'm not sure if all examples of a certain model are made in the same place/by the same company. At least it's not a Funai chassis!
