RC5 - would it freaking end please...

I don't participate in rc5 but I hope the key is found before it gets to 100% of the keyspace checked. Otherwise there's gonna be a lot of PO'ed participants.
 
Well there was a bad client they pulled. I wonder what % of the space was checked by that client.

If it doesn't end soon, and we want to defend our #2 spot, we will have to mount an offensive. HZ is gaining on us and will pass us in 6 months. The keyspace will not hit 100% until 7 months.

It's good to see more drones are being activated on the 1st page of the proxy stats too! 🙂
 
Joe O, if it comes down to the team staying in 2nd, I'd throw in my 12 Gig of seti crunchers to help out.
 
Looking at the RC5 stats from the 12th of June to the 20th of June, TA went from 1,413,055,738 to 1,422,112,793 an average of 1,132,132 /day. HZ went from 1,234,848,963 to 1,250,412,760 an average of 1,945,475 /day. We are currently ahead by 171,700,033 but are being outperformed by 813,343/day. This means that our lead should last 211 days. Now 211 days is also how long it will take us to get to 100% of the keyspace. That's too close, and we aren't sure that everything will end by 100%. Remember CSC.

What happened with CSC? (i.e. no, I don't remember it). I would sure feel sorry for you RC5 guys if they lost the key, though. That would royally suck. 🙁
