rc5 ini file settings?

Where can I find all of the settings of the ini file. I just upgraded to the latest win32 client from a very old one and the -config switch will not let me configure the client the way I wont. I've been unable to find ini file docs on dnet.
 
If you have it running in non quiet mode: click on the icon in the tray and then right click inside the window that opens. Choose configure.
 
I take it you are looking for a list of switches available, try -help at the command line. You should be able to pipe it into a file if you want.
