RC5--I want to join....explain item 3 please

Hi,

on the anandtech RC5 page, i am not sure what the item 3 exactly means.....

Run the client to complete at least one "work packet". Then, if the client window is not visible, left double-click on the cow's head icon in your taskbar, and perform your first "update" (under the Network dropdown). You can minimize the client at this point, if you wish, and allow it to continue cracking keys until you join Team AnandTech (all keys will be credited correctly later on).

There are 24 packets at a time...1 is complete now and another one is half complete.

When i left click on the cow icon, a windows appear with some information on my progression...

NOW, what is that Network dropdown (actually, the d.net client is text base and i dont seem to have any other choice than to look and wait....)

Here is what i see :
[Sep 08 10:12:54 UTC] Automatic processor detection found 1 processor.
[Sep 08 10:12:54 UTC] Loaded OGR stub 25/7-2-1-15-6-27 (20.30% done)
[Sep 08 10:12:54 UTC] 22 OGR packets (22 work units) remain in buff-in.ogr
[Sep 08 10:12:54 UTC] 1 OGR packet (1 work unit) is in buff-out.ogr
[Sep 08 10:12:54 UTC] 1 cruncher has been started.

Thank you for your help !

BTW, i have
PIII700Mhz CUBX full SCSI
PIII550Mhz Katmai P3BF IDE
P200MMX IDE

They all wait to crunch data !

The drop down menu will appear when you right click the mouse over the output screen. Than just click "flush" and that will send a packet on in.

While you're here, it also seems that you're running the wrong contest, OGR. To fix it, open the Dnetc INI file(in the client's directory, and add the following info):

[misc]
project-priority=RC5,DES=0,CSC=0,OGR=0
