Would it be better for me to run smaller w/u with a cable modem? That way they dump to the site faster, or stay with getting 500 @ a time? Doing 1.92 mkey/s says ideal time is 0.17:53:20.00

getting 500 at a time is great because if their servers go down you still have units to munch. However, it it always recommended to use larger block sizes to reduce stress on the servers and pproxies.

I have mine set to buffer 500 WU in case cable goes out but I also set it to check the buffer and flush every hour. If you want to set it this way under configure go to 2) Buffer and Buffer Update Options and select option 10) Additional buffer- level checking and set it to 3 then go to option 11) Buffer-level check interval and set it for how ever long you want the client to wait before updating the buffers

I had mine set to 3K once.
But after 1.7K blocks which i dumped 2 days later mysteriously disappeared with no sign of them in my stats at all, i reduced it to 500 WU just in case.
