RC5-72: PerProxy ver.333 and port 21

According to my firewall (Norton) and GRC's Sheilds Up's port scan, Version 333 of the PerProxy is leaving my port 21 exposed...

Can anyone else running ver.333 of the personal proxy see if it's doing it on there's too.....
