RC Car enthusiasts?

I got three RC cars and BOXES of parts from a friend but no radio. What is a good low cost setup to get these cars going? All I have are the cars and MANY parts, no batteries radios or chargers, etc.

Shouldn't cost you much if you've got most of the stuff already. Try www.towerhobbies.com and look at what they've got. I need to buy myself a new radio, can't find my original. I think the cheapest one they've got is something like 49.99. And prices on battery packs varies depending on how much juice you wanna get out of one pack.

I believe two of the cars are 1/10 Team Losi and I want to make a "kit" to give to my nephew for him to mess with.
