Razr hd availability ???

Will Motorola Razr hd be available off contract, out of Verizon? If so when?
And when will it be released in India? Any idea guys???

My understanding is that Motorola is making both Droid Razr HDs(Droid means Verizon) and Razr HDs for international use. There should be a non Droid(international) version of the Razr M, HD, and Maxx HD. When I do not know.
