Razor Scooters - Clearance @ Target B&M $24.90

That's right folks, regularly $89 to $99 -
clearance priced at $24.90.

Target's DPC# is 082000131 for this item -
makes no difference on the color.

I was able to find two MS-130B models; one with red wheels and hand grips,
the other with clear wheels and black hand grips.

They didn't have red clearance stickers on them - I just scanned them on a hunch.

Happy hunting!

Good to see these scooters are finally selling for about what they're worth. At this price, I could almost afford the hospital bills once I sustain the green stick fracture or closed head injury from using one. I loved watching the 5 year old across the street crash and burn all summer long on his.

these things are a GREAT idea for getting around on campus. I use my knockoff every now and then to get from my car to my first class, and it cuts the time in half. seriously.

walking: 25 minutes
razor: 10~13 minutes at most.

I'm prolly going to hit up the local target tonight or tomorrow then.

anyone know if THESE come with abec-5 bearings? my knockoff is from china (really, girlfriend's mom brought it back for me :D) and the bearings look like crap-also doesn't roll half as nicely as the ones i've abused in the store.

Just a follow up note re: the quality of razors vs. the knock offs:

The whole reason that I even bought these two scooters in the first
place is to replace one for my son, sell the other to pay off both of them?!?! my kid's scooter is free! make sense?

Purchased two urban scooters over the summer from Marshall's (great place for inexpensive kid's software, btw) @ $50 ea. After about a month of use, the bolt used to hold the brake in place came off an was lost. I checked around town, but noone had replacement parts or cared to try fixing it. Noticed that Target carried this scooter - got contact info from them, but was never able to get in touch w/ the distributor/importer to get spare parts.

I'm not too mechanically inclined, so I put things in the back burner for awhile. Saw this deal today and figured that it was an inexpensive solution to my problem.

Now, to the question of superior/inferior quality of razors vs. knockoffs:

I can definitely say that razor is better designed than the other scooters I've looked at, particularly the brake parts. They appear to be very solid, with parts that I could probably purchase at a hardware store, IF I had to repair it myself.

All in all, I'm happy w/ my find - pooh pooh to all you naysayers :p
