I learn the weirdest things here..
I'm not young (43 on 7/31) but I've never liked hair on my chest and abdomen plus it gives me some incentive to get in better shape.
Here's me with hair and hairless after slimming:
Hairy versus hairless
I thought my wife would laugh at me but surprisingly, she didn't.
Damn, not bad! How much working out was that to get you to the point you're at now?
P.S. - The hairless looks much better - like I said, you instantly look a bit more ripped just by shaving as you can ab and rib definition that wasn't there with all the pubes.I hate body hair.
Not much working out. The before pic was taked on 4/17 and the after pic was taken on 6/10.
I basically eliminated processed food, baked goods, bread, pasta, and starchy fruit and vegetables from my diet.
As far as excercise, I run 3 - 5 miles a day, lift with light dumbells (25 lbs), and do push ups and situps. I'd like to do more but I have a 6 and 9 year old which doesn't leave me much free time.
