Razor mouse & carpel?

Hello,

I have been using MS explorer mice for ages it seems & right now I am thinking about ditching my current one (2.0) in favor of something more comfy as my wrist is starting exhibit the classic ache of carpel. I am a gamer & so precision & high dpi are important to me as well. I have been wondering about the razor series since they seem low profile and have great resolutions. The speed and control models have the ball at the back end of the mouse which helps with propper wrist positioning also.

I have tried these for short periods of time but as most everyone with carpel knows, it's not till the long haul that you know if it's going to work or not.

Anyone have any experience with these at all? Thanks in advance.

Have you considered the Logitech MX510 series? Alot of people consider it the best gaming mouse right now because of the speed of the sensor and alot of buttons. Plus with optical you don't gunk up a wheel.

Yeah, I have actually played with those a little bit & they are nice. I still prefer the higher resolution of the razor line for gaming though. As long as they are not long-term ergo-incorrect 🙂

I have some tendon problem in my wrists. I find Logitech mice to be the most comfortable. How could the MX 510 not be sufficient? Well, Logitech has something 20x more accurate (laser mouse) coming. I think it's the MX1000 😉
