Razor Lachesis - Install not sticking

Can anyone help me with this issue I am having....

I installed this mouse and even time that I reboot the computer it does not recognize it. I unplug it and plug it back in and I am fine.

I have uninstalled it and same thing.

What else can I try? Never had this happen before.

I've had that happen before. Sounds very low-tech, but what I did was try a different USB plug every time, finally ended up with one that stuck. Shouldn't work but if it does, hurray!

I had this happen to me before. I just updated the firmware for it though. After that I don't think that problem happened again.
