Razor burn! Tend Skin?

I have some major razor burn/bumps on my neck from shaving.
Has anyone used the following product: Tend Skin?

I want to order some but dont know if it works. I usually have to grow a beard 🙁
 
Use shaving gel, a sharp razor and always shave with the hair growth, never against it and you should be good. Other than that you might want to take a shower once in awhile.
