Razer tech support closed??

I've been trying for weeks to get a hold of Razer so I can get my boomslang fixed. They havent been in or answering e-mails. Anyone know whats up with them? EBonline said that others have been complaining about their absence as well.

Man Razor sucks in replacing boomslang. I called them over 6 months ago and they told me repeatedly that it was coming. To this day, I still have not received it. Good luck in receiving yours, I have already given up all hope in seeing my replacement mouse.

RAZOR IS SUCK.

Word has it that Karna is folding. There was a thread here a while back that linked to a lengthy discussion about it in the Hardocp forums. I hope you get your mouse fixed man.
