Razer Naga issue

I bought my gf who plays WoW a Razer Naga mouse a few weeks ago. Worked fine on the first day, but after the PC had been off for 9 hours, the next day the cursor wouldn't move.

After about 5 minutes the cursor started moving, but very slowly and erratically, then after about another 5-10 minutes it started working normally.

I opened a ticket with Razer, and I've tried all of their suggestions to no avail.

Over the christmas period the PC was off for 3 days and the mouse took 2 hours to 'work' properly.

Has anybody had this issue or anything similar, or might even know a workaround or fix?

Thank you and happy xmas!

Uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the mouse. If that doesn't work, try the mouse on a different computer to see if you get the same results. If so, have Razer replace the mouse.
