The DPI is just insane, and just like with the Lachesis vs G9, it looks like Razer pulled all the stops to one-up Logitech's 5000dpi G9x. Granted, once you get up above 2000+ it starts getting completely silly (at least IMO and most other peoples' as well)
The more impressive feature to the new sensor seems to be in its IPS and acceleration performance, perhaps we'll finally have laser based mice (the G9x looks greatly improved in this area as well) that even the most demanding low sensitivity users can love.
Of course I mentioned that they one-upped Logitech with the slightly more impressive sensor specs (and it seems to be pretty trivial at this point) but the real one-upping is with the fact that this thing can go wired or wireless...Pretty sure Microsoft is doing something similar, but this mouse has the ability to plug in to a USB cable to use and charge at the same time.
Shape looks pretty much identical to the DeathAdder, which should be a pretty big plus for most.
