checked one out at best buy and they were pretty sick beans, just wanted your input on it. everyone i know that has a lazer mouse it freaks out on them, the lazer sensor, freaks out like every half hour or so, anyway thoughts greatly appreciated

As I graduated high-school in 97, I'm a little behind on the slang of today.
It would seem you expressed interest in the new Razer mice. I can say from experience they make good gaming mice and I've always been happy with them. Not sure about the newest product but they are all good. If you are one of those folks who thinks mice dont matter please do me a favor. Order an expensive Razer, and buy a 10 dollar optical from Wal-mart. Use both for a day, one right after the other. Play games, browse Windows, mess around in Photoshop. If you cant tell the difference then return the expensive mouse and use the cheap one. Expensive toys are only nice if you can appreciate them.

Okay... right.

Well, I haven't used Razer as of yet, 'Lazer' is nothing new, and the difference between Razer and Logitech is personal preference.

Input: done.

get the g5. the razors are wayyyy overpriced for what they do and how they perform. in fact, even the aesthetics of it suck. just a basic mouse form. at least with the g5, you still get the same performance, better handling, and for $20 less. plus, it's logitech so good service

actually the g5 was like 10 bucks more than the razer...just wasnt sure i am happy with my mouse now...logitech mx310 but as the holidays are coming up thought it would make a good gift for someone including my self the look fancy and the G5 is rather big for my hand

G5 and Razer Copperhead cost pretty much the same, perform pretty much the same. Anything else is fanboyism. Like I said, when it comes down to buying one, it depends on your personal preferences; if you like the Logitech feel, go for that. If you like the Razer feel, go for that.
