Razer Customer Service?

Does anyone have a phone number for Razer's customer service?

I placed an order on their site for two sets of mouse skates for an Orochi, but when I look up my order on their site, the order shows one set of skates for an Orochi and one set for a Mamba.

I emailed them yesterday and have yet to receive a response about this.

Here's a hint: Razer's customer support is non-existent. I have tried to help others with them, and they just plain blow goats. If you don't need warranty replacement or customer service they are fine, but forget trying to talk to a person, or get decent help from them.

About the "cross-post" thing. What does it matter as long as they're not in multiple forums ON Anandtech? Hopefully, I'm not the only one that considers posting the same question on completely different sites not cross-posting.

It's a way to get attention (and hopefully the answer I'm looking for i.e. their phone number).
