My tarantula keyboard stopped working after about 1.5 years, and it had a two year warranty. I called them, and requested a RMA.

Sent the old keyboard in, and the other day, I got a BRAND NEW keyboard.

Glad when things work out like this...

now hopefully my koss headphones will turn up in the mail..

Both Logitech and Microsoft will replace keyboards and mice without you sending in the old one.

Wouldn't that be fairly easy to abuse?

So they get a "FTW" because they did their job and backed their warranty?

i genuinely did that with microsoft for my optical desktop elite for bluetooth set. worked fine! they just needed a serial number from the back of the keyboard and i was set.

unfortunately, my friends abused that and took the number from a wireless entertainment desktop keyboard 8000 set and now they have over 3 sets each. bastards.

logitech on the other hand...i dont know how they work though.
