Razer Boomslang driver issues...

I have a Boomslang rev.2 1000dpi and I can't keep the extra buttons (button 4,5) configured. Every time I restart windows the configuration is messed up and I have to reconfigure them again.

Also the drivers on the hompage and reatail cd only seem to support USB. How should I do If I wan't to use the ps/2.
