I wish Apple continued to make black laptops, this 14" Blade is a stunner, all be it a total rip of the MBP design.

Found an interesting comparison of it's internals compared with the 15" rPro - http://forums.macrumors.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=414545&d=1369967999

Pretty similar again in that aspect. If Razer can fit a QC Haswell chip and a GTX 665M in it, hopefully we'll see a good boost in the graphics capabilities of the refreshed rPro.

I was looking for a thread on this though did not expect the Apple board.

It looks really nice though I am not a fan of a Blade and Blade Pro. It reminds me of Gillette. We have the Mach 3, the Mach 3 Turbo, the Mach 3 Turbo Extreme, etc.

The Razer Blade was perfect. A price drop was needed for the one and only 17" version although $1,800 for a 14" notebook. Eh... = /

It was kind of the same with Asus with the Zenbooks - a near clone of the Apple layout.

I guess they do it because their refresh cycles are so tight given their stretching to far more model lines than Apple that it's easier to copy them than anything else. Razer's rationale may I guess just be lack of original talent and/or time.

It's certainly not because Apple is the pinnacle of engineering prowess - the problem with copying their layout is that it more often than not results in the same poorly-cooled 'look at teh pretty innards' piece of crap that the Apples are - though Samsung seems to be able to avoid this problem more than most.

Having said that, if the 14" drops here I'll almost certainly buy one and have a poke - it's a nice spec mix.
