Razer Armadillo Ultimate Cable Management System Alternative

I saw the Razer Armadillo Ultimate Cable Management System online but it seems overpriced. What does everyone here use to manage their mouse cables? Has anyone rigged up anything similar to the Armadillo cable management system?
 
I dont use such a thing myself, but I do see alot of people with mouse bungees. I could see the use of it and it seems a bit hard to make a good replicate. I guess it's more of a question if you really need it.
