What do you mean how does this work? It takes tons of practice, and some natural skill. He's really really really good at what he does.

Bobby McFerrin is more amazing to me, he doesn't do beats while singing, but does counter melodies while singing. Much harder in my opinion. Takes much concentration....

Obviously he's good I was just thinking it was kinda impossible to say (or sing) 2 different things at once. Does he have something in his body that is different from most people that lets him do this, or is it something that all people could do given enough practice?

Well not EVERYONE can do it, but it does come with practice. He's not doing two things at once, either. The beats come in between the notes he sings, although at very very fast interevals. He's the fastest person I've ever heard do this. The more practice, the faster one can get, and the more people you trick into thinking you're doing two things at once
