Not too tough.

Hints:

You don't need to read chinese to use the computer.

The computer's keyboard is accessed by something unexpected.

You have to combine items by using the black button to zoom in, then adding an item to an item. An example of this is the PS2 with the controller.

I can get as far as getting the Windows /calculator to come up on the computer, I can't read whatever the fvck it says so it's a little vague on what you're supposed to do.

edit: combined bowl and noodles lol.. kind of useless, chopsticks dont work with it.
