raw read error on Samsung 1tb hard disk

hi, got month old samsung HDD 1tb

ran a smart on ubuntu had 1 raw read error.

WTA is the hdd i bought faulty?

The drive has 4 partition. chkdsk /r stuck @ 96% after 9 hrs.
