Where to start? :roll:

First, there is ZERO correlation between homogenization and creaminess, unless you a)ignore that HUGE clot of cream on top first and b)don't just simply shake it up a bit AND c)pour the cream off and pretend it wasn't ever there.

Second, ultra pasteurized milk TASTES LIKE ASS! It is nearly undrinkable to me. It tastes NOTHING like the milk you are used to drinking even from the store, it's a chalky, bastardized package of ASS.
