studies like this accomplish more than the DEA will in a decade...I've always felt they need to start focusing on drugs as more of a public health problem than a law enforcement thing. If you educate the public about the side effects and not go after drugs through enforcement, the demand will dry up.

Coke deaths, I've heard of. I haven't heard of an Ecstasy death yet...everytime someone reports that a death is attributed to X, it has revealed that they had other drugs in their system (coke, ketamine, etc...) or they were stupid were overheated/dehydrated.

As Feldenak already pointed out, either the X users had other drugs in their system or they were dehydrated. There's a difference between using drugs responsibly and being a dumbass by ingesting an entire pharmacy's worth at once.
