While that certainly applies to New England (who have one of the best CBs in the game) Philly has pretty much sent its entire defensive backfield to the Pro-Bowl for a few years running now...

edit: then again the current crop went straight from unproven to all-pro so it's all good...

While no doubt good, I think success of Phily's DBs has a lot to do with Jimmy Johnson's blitzing. How else would you explain 6 Pro-Bowl quality defensive backs they had in the last 2 years?

With the new rules in football, the CB position is not what it used to be. I don't know if it's possible to have a shutdown CB anymore.

Rolle over Baxter, improvement but nothing major. Plus the Ravens are losing Ed Hartwell. They picked up Dyson but Boeller is throwing the ball. A contender but not quite "going to the superbowl."

Well having just moved to Baltimore... I guess I can be happy... though the Jags and Bucs are still my 2 teams.

Well, you're in luck b/c the Jags will be better than the Ravens.

Quality of NFC teams?

Quality of NFC teams?

The best front office in the league?

One of the best - no doubt. But I think it's more coaching. How else would you explain all those people leaving Eagles and suddenly starting to suck.
