Rattling sounds

I hear this rattling sound when the computer runs. It didn't make that sound before, but I notice no drop in performance. Is there any way to silence this?
 
the rattling is prolly comimg from the case, find out where the case is vibrating and ass a rubbber grommit there or something to help quiet down the sound
