Ratlle on my 2003 Tiburon

So my 03 Tiburon with 108k miles on it has devloped a strange rattle on the front driver side. It seems to rattly every time there is even a minor bump in the road, which here in Missouri amounts to all the time. With the car in park, if I push down on the front end the car rebounds back to normal just fine. It also doesn't bounce foreever, comes right back to normal. It does however, make the rattle. The way the car handles is unaffected. Just a rattle...

We pulled the tire off and took a look. No loose plastic or shields bouncing around.

Any thoughts? I'm thinking the front struts probably need to be replaced, but not sure. Thanks guys!

I doubt its your struts.. Is it definately outside the car?
